We’re a full-service floral design studio located in Reno, Nevada, serving Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding areas for weddings, events, everyday occasions, sympathy, workshops, and holiday décor.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We deliver throughout Reno and Sparks, and can accommodate Lake Tahoe deliveries for weddings and special events with advance notice.
What are your studio hours?
We operate primarily as a design studio and take orders online 24/7. In-person studio visits are available by appointment.
Ordering and Everyday Arrangements
How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing everyday orders at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure the best selection of flowers. Same-day orders may be available depending on inventory.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Absolutely! We design custom arrangements based on your color palette, style, and budget. Flower availability varies seasonally, but we’ll always create something beautiful that matches your vision.
What is your minimum order for delivery?
Our standard minimum for delivery is $85, plus a small delivery fee based on distance
Weddings & Events
Do you offer wedding consultations?
Yes — wedding consultations are available year-round. Submit an inquiry through our website, and our Events Director will follow up to schedule your consultation.
Do you design for Lake Tahoe weddings?
Yes! We specialize in Reno–Tahoe weddings, including lakeside ceremonies and destination events.
Do you have a minimum for wedding floral?
Our full service wedding minimum typically starts at $5,000, depending on scale, location, and design needs. We also offer an extensive all a cart menu to cater to all budgets.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months before your wedding date, especially for peak Lake Tahoe seasons.
Workshops & Classes
Do you teach floral workshops?
Yes! We host seasonal workshops, private events, team-building classes, and holiday pop-ups. Workshops sell out quickly, so check our Events page for current offerings.
Can I book a private floral workshop for a group?
Absolutely — we offer custom workshops for birthdays, corporate events, bachelorette parties, and more.
Subscriptions
Do you offer weekly or monthly floral subscriptions?
Yes! Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscription plans for your home or office. Each subscription includes fresh seasonal stems and artisan design.
Can I pause or change my subscription?
Yes, subscriptions can be paused or adjusted anytime — just contact us.
Holiday Décor
Do you offer wreaths, custom decorated trees, garlands, and porch décor?
Yes! We offer a full line of holiday décor, including custom wreaths, garlands, porch installations, Christmas tree decorating, and seasonal centerpieces.
How far in advance should I order holiday items?
Holiday décor sells out quickly — we recommend ordering 1–2 weeks in advance during peak season.
Sympathy Flowers
Do you deliver sympathy arrangements to funeral homes?
Yes. We deliver sympathy flowers, standing sprays, casket pieces, and memorial arrangements to most funeral homes in the Reno/Sparks area.
Can you create custom memorial arrangements?
Yes — we can design custom pieces that reflect your loved one’s personality and preferred colors.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, online payments through our website, and business invoices for corporate accounts.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Because our arrangements are custom-designed and perishable, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Weddings and events have separate contract policies.
